43 ( +1 | -1 ) Those memorable daysIn recent times has anyone been able to get a copy of bobby fischer's "my 60 most memorable games". Is there a reason why this books is so hard to find im sure i cannot be the only person looking for this book, why aren't they making more copies of this book? In my country, Australia no book shops chess, or general have it, amazon doesn't. Where do you think i can get a copy?
26 ( +1 | -1 ) coyotefanI'm sure fischer's book would sell very well and all books sellers would want it the only problem is the limited amout of copies. Whether you like fischer or not, his book "my 60 memorable games" is considered one of the best in chess history.
30 ( +1 | -1 ) Copyright LawBobby still holds the copyright to his work, so a publisher can't just "print more copies," and his former U.S. publishers cannot do business with him because of the U.S. government rulings against him for playing in Yugoslavia in 1993 in violation of the economic boycott, so there's no incentive for Fischer to reprint, either . . .
